My life journey took a different path than ever expected 21 years ago.

Being a first time parent is challenging enough, parenting a child with a rare genetic disorder

adds a totally different perspective to the 'joys' of motherhood!

If someone had told me, 21 years ago, that one day I would meet, much less have conversations

with, the world renowned pediatric cardiologist, after whom my child's rare genetic disorder is

named; it would have been hard to fathom! It is both an honor and a privilege to be able to say

you are a part of my life. Your passion and unending supply of compassion are apparent, in all

aspects of your life.
